This ESD grid tape is self-adhesive with a static dissipative surface coating. The anti-static characteristics mean it is perfect for use within a strictly controlled EPA. The tape is supplied in rolls of 131.2ft (40m), with a 3″ cardboard core.
The total thickness is 49 microns. The tensile strength is 11 lbs (5 kg) per 15 mm in the machine direction (MD) at minimum. This product conforms to EN 61340-5-1/5-2 standards. For general purpose within an EPA. Typically used for sealing primary or intimate packaging.
This self-adhesive, general purpose ESD Grid Tape is used within the EPA to mask or hold together components and circuit boards. Manufactured from a silicone-free, low-residue polypropylene and coated with a static dissipative surface, it is ESD safe. Fully printed with a grid pattern and the ESD caution logo for clarity.
